Data Policy

This Data Policy supplements our Privacy Policy and explains in plain English what happens to specific kinds of data inside UNLOX Circuit, operated by Rivoquix Learning Private Limited.

1. Lead & Conversion Data

• When you submit a lead/conversion, we store the student’s name, contact, course and amount for the sole purpose of verifying the payment.
• Lead data is not used for marketing by you. Spamming leads is grounds for suspension.

2. Mission Proofs

• Screenshots, links, notes and uploads you submit are reviewed by UNLOX admins for the sole purpose of crediting XP.
• UNLOX may showcase approved public content (e.g. tagged Instagram stories) on its socials with credit.

3. Wallet & Payout Data

• Wallet credits, debits, milestone bonuses and withdrawal requests are kept as an immutable ledger.
• UPI IDs are stored only for the purpose of processing payouts.

4. Communications

• Transactional email (welcome, offer letter, payout updates, mission status) is mandatory while your account is active.
• Marketing email/SMS/WhatsApp is opt-out — unsubscribe links and STOP keywords work.

5. Public Data

Your name, college, avatar, level, XP and rank are visible on the public leaderboard and on your public profile page. You can request removal by emailing privacy@unlox.in.

6. Sub-processors

We rely on standard sub-processors for hosting, database, email delivery, SMS/WhatsApp delivery and payment processing. The current list is available on request.

7. Deletion

Account deletion removes personal identifiers; aggregate, fraud-prevention and ledger records are retained where law requires.
