Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of the UNLOX Circuit ambassador platform (the “Platform”) operated by Rivoquix Learning Private Limited (“UNLOX”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

1. Platform Purpose

UNLOX Circuit is an invite/application-based campus ambassador program. Verified ambassadors can refer students, complete missions, earn XP, climb the leaderboard, and receive cash rewards for verified paid enrollments.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 16 years or older and a bona-fide student or recent graduate.
• You must provide accurate name, email, phone, college, city and Counsellor ID at signup.
• One person, one account. Duplicate or impersonated accounts will be removed.

3. Ambassador Program

• Referrals must be genuine students. Self-referrals, family-only referrals, and bot/incentivised traffic are not allowed.
• UNLOX may, at its sole discretion, accept or reject a referral after verification.
• Your Counsellor ID, referral code and link belong to UNLOX and may be revoked.

4. Conversion & Payment Verification

• A “verified payment” means the referred student has completed a paid enrollment in an UNLOX program and the payment has cleared.
• UNLOX reserves up to 30 days for verification before a conversion is credited.
• Refunds, chargebacks or fraud reverse the corresponding wallet credit and XP.

5. Wallet & Payouts

• You earn ₹250 per verified paid enrollment, credited to your in-platform wallet.
• Minimum payout threshold: 4 verified payments and ₹1,000 balance.
• Payouts are processed via UPI to the ID you provide. KYC may be required.
• Payout cycles are batched and may take up to 14 working days.

6. XP, Missions & Leaderboard

• XP is non-monetary and cannot be redeemed for cash unless explicitly stated.
• Missions require honest proof. False, fabricated or AI-generated proof is grounds for suspension.
• UNLOX may modify mission XP values, levels and leaderboard logic at any time.

7. Account Suspension & Fraud

We may suspend or terminate an account, withhold pending wallet balance, and reverse XP for any of: impersonation, fake conversions, payment fraud, abusive behaviour, harassment of leads, or breach of these Terms.

8. Communications Consent

By signing up you consent to receive transactional and program emails, SMS, and WhatsApp messages from UNLOX. You may opt out of marketing at any time; core account emails will continue.

9. Intellectual Property

The UNLOX brand, logo, content and platform are owned by Rivoquix Learning Private Limited. You may not use them outside ambassador-approved templates.

10. Disclaimer & Liability

The Platform is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, UNLOX’s total liability is capped at the wallet balance owed to you at the time of the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
