Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Rivoquix Learning Private Limited (“UNLOX”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you use UNLOX Circuit.

1. Data We Collect

• Account: name, email, phone, password (hashed).
• Profile: college, city, department, year, LinkedIn, avatar, bio, Counsellor ID.
• Program activity: referral code, leads submitted, conversions, missions, XP, wallet ledger, withdrawal requests, UPI ID.
• Technical: IP, device, browser, basic analytics needed to run the platform.

2. How We Use Data

• To operate the ambassador program, verify conversions and pay out earnings.
• To send account, mission, payout and program emails / SMS / WhatsApp.
• To prevent fraud, detect abuse and enforce our Terms.
• To improve the Platform.

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with: payment processors (for payouts), email/SMS/WhatsApp providers (for delivery), and law-enforcement when legally required.

4. Retention

We retain account and ledger data for as long as your account is active and for up to 7 years after closure to meet tax, audit and fraud-prevention obligations.

5. Your Rights

• Access, correct or delete your profile from your dashboard or by emailing privacy@unlox.in.
• Withdraw marketing consent at any time.
• Request a copy of your data.

6. Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit, hashed passwords, role-based access and row-level database security. No system is 100% secure; report concerns to security@unlox.in.

7. Children

UNLOX Circuit is not directed at users under 16. If you believe a minor has registered, contact us.

8. Updates

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice.
